▍Q. Can Qi2 charge an iPhone at up to 15W?
A. Yes, Qi2 can charge an iPhone at up to 15W.
Qi2 is a wireless charging standard developed based on Apple's MagSafe technology. Therefore, if you have a MagSafe-compatible iPhone, you can use a Qi2-compatible charger to charge it at up to 15W.
Qi2 offers faster charging and improved safety compared to the conventional Qi standard. Additionally, since it uses magnetic attachment like MagSafe, there is no need to worry about the device shifting during charging.

▍Q. The magnetic force is weak.
A. If you are using a thick case (approx. 2mm or more) or a non-MagSafe compatible case, the magnetic force will be considerably weaker compared to direct attachment. You can strengthen the magnetic attraction with the separately sold MaGdget Support Plate.

▍Q. It is heating up during charging.
A. Portable chargers, Qi2 charging, and MagSafe charging are all charging methods that generate heat.
It is normal for the device to get warm during use and is not an anomaly.
Furthermore, depending on usage conditions and ambient temperature, the device may get warmer than usual.
Please refrain from using the device while it is charging.

▍Q. Is there a recommended AC adapter for full power use?
A. While a 20W or higher AC adapter with a Type-C output port can charge three devices simultaneously, for full power use, please use an AC adapter of 25W or higher with a Type-C output port. AC adapters below 20W may not charge properly.
