▍Q1. Can it be used underwater?
A. This product is splash-proof. It is not waterproof, so please do not use it in environments where it will be exposed to large amounts of water, such as underwater.

▍Q2. Is it compatible with wireless charging?
A. It is not compatible with general wireless charging. If you wish to use wireless charging, MaGdget Charge will be required.

▍Q3. Can the MagSafe magnet be used with a case on?
A. It can be used without issue with MagSafe-compatible cases. It can also be used with most non-MagSafe cases, excluding thick cases (approx. 2mm or more) or cases with special shapes, but the magnetic attraction will be weaker.

▍Q4. Can the light be turned off?
A. It does not have a light-off function.

▍Q5. Can the volume be adjusted on the speaker?
A. The speaker does not have a volume adjustment function. Please adjust the volume on the connected device.

▍Q6. Is there a recommended AC adapter?
A. We recommend an AC adapter that supports PD and has a Type-C output port. Charging may not work correctly with AC adapters that do not meet these recommendations.

▍Q7. Can conversion adapters be used?
A. We do not recommend charging this product using adapters that convert Type-A or Lightning to Type-C.
