▍Q. Is it MFi certified?
A. This product does not require MFi certification and cannot obtain it. It can be used without any issues with MagSafe-compatible cases. However, with thick cases (approx. 2mm or more) or specially shaped cases that are not MagSafe-compatible, charging may not work properly. In such cases, please remove the case before charging.

▍Q. Is it PSE certified?
A. This product is not subject to the Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act.

A. This product is not waterproof.

▍Q. The charging speed is slow.
A. The charging speed of this product depends on the performance of the adapter.
For example, if you use this product with a 20W output adapter, the maximum charging speed will be 20W.
Additionally, this product has a maximum output of 60W. Charging with more power than that is not possible.
Charging speed will also decrease if a conversion adapter that changes the connector standard is used.

▍Q. If the cable is coiled into a circle, will it kink?
A. This product is highly resistant to kinking.
Even if it's coiled into a circle, the cable will straighten out when pulled taut for use.
