Shipping Information

We will ship your order within 7 business days after receiving your payment. However, there may be delays in case of out-of-stock items or during busy periods.
The delivery carrier is Sagawa Express (excluding remote islands).

Defective Items

While we strive for the highest quality in our products, if you happen to receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
