SGS

Standard Gratification Services

The flame retardancy and heat resistance of the material itself have been strictly evaluated by SGS, one of the world's largest third-party inspection organizations. Headquartered in Switzerland, SGS is one of the world's largest certification, inspection, and verification organizations, with offices all over the world. Although this product's tests were conducted at their Guangzhou (GZ Branch) center, the report is widely accepted in international transactions.

ILAC-MRA

This is an international network for accreditation bodies around the world (such as Japan's JCSS/IAJapan and the US's A2LA) to mutually accept test results. Since CNAS is a member of ILAC, reports bearing the CNAS logo (and the ILAC-MRA logo) are mutually recognized as being of equivalent technical standards among member countries, including Japan, in over 100 countries worldwide.

CCTS

Shenzhen Zhongan Quality Inspection

CCTS is a China-based testing facility that primarily conducts tests based on Chinese national standards.
It is widely used for product distribution within China and by Chinese manufacturers to thoroughly verify and demonstrate the specific protective performance of their products (such as fire tests using actual batteries).

  • UL94 Vertical Burning Test

One of the world's most widely used safety standards for evaluating the flame retardancy of plastic materials, developed by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), an independent safety certification organization in the United States.

Test Procedure: The test piece is exposed to a flame twice for 10 seconds each time.

  • 700°C Glow-Wire Test

Test Procedure: A 700°C heated tip (nichrome wire) is pressed against the leather material used in the bag for 60 seconds to measure its resistance.

  • Verification by Actual Device Ignition

Test Procedure: A 20,000mAh mobile battery is placed inside the bag and intentionally ignited/exploded (Explosion) by short circuit or overcharging.

  • 20,000mAh Actual Device Overcharge/Short-Circuit Test

Test Procedure: A 20,000mAh high-capacity battery is stored and sealed within the bag, and a short circuit and overcharge are intentionally induced, forcing the battery to ignite and leak internally.

  • 80°C High Temperature Endurance Test

Test Procedure: Using a specialized test chamber, the specimen is exposed to an 80°C heat environment for 24 continuous hours.
