A. While this charger is capable of MagSafe charging (15W), it is not an MFM (Made for MagSafe) certified product. Therefore, displaying the MagSafe charging symbol, which appears with genuine products during charging, could potentially infringe upon Design Registration 1694011.
As a risk-hedging measure in case of such an event, we have opted not to display the symbol.
Although the symbol is not displayed, the device uses the same circuit board as a MagSafe charger, so its specifications are, of course, equivalent to those of a MagSafe charger.

A. "Made for iPhone" (MFi) accessories, which are certified by Apple, indicate "products certified for compatibility with Apple products" and serve as proof that the developer has certified the product meets Apple's performance standards. This does not mean that MFi-certified products possess exceptionally superior performance. Therefore, while this product is not MFi-certified, it is indeed a charger that outputs up to 15W. However, it is inevitable that the wattage output will fluctuate depending on the usage of the device being charged and the charging environment. This is also true for MFi-certified products; they do not constantly output 15W. We appreciate your understanding.

A. It can be used with wireless charging-compatible smartphones, but since there is no magnetic attraction, we recommend using the included MaGdget Support Plate.

A. This product is a charger. It does not function as a mobile battery. It requires power supply via a Type-C cable and an AC adapter.

A. We recommend an adapter with a Type-C output port and 20W or more. If you use an adapter that is not among the recommended adapters, charging may not be successful.

A. If you have a MagSafe-compatible case, it can be used without any issues. Even with non-MagSafe cases, it can generally be used with the exception of some thick cases (approx. 2mm or more) or those with special shapes, but the magnetic attraction will be weaker.

A. This product is not waterproof.

A. We do not recommend using this product with an adapter that converts Type-A or Lightning to Type-C. While it may be possible to use it, it will not be covered by the warranty.

A. Due to the manufacturing process, there may be individual differences in the stiffness of the hinges. This is not a product defect, and by re-tightening with the included hex wrench, you can use it like new.

A. If you have a MagSafe compatible case, you can use it without any problems. If your case is not MagSafe compatible and is thick (about 2mm or more) or has a special shape, it may not charge properly. In that case, please remove the case before charging.

A. We are currently receiving similar inquiries from multiple customers.
Our investigation has revealed that many customers experiencing peeling use StandPlate inside their vehicles.
Conversely, peeling has not occurred for those using it outside of vehicles, or with products we have tested.

This product uses ultrasonic welding, and there is a possibility that the adhesion may weaken and peel in high-temperature environments, such as inside a vehicle.
Direct sunlight and heat from the dashboard can also contribute to peeling.

We have already developed a StandPlate with the maximum possible improvements for this issue, but susceptibility to peeling due to heat cannot be entirely avoided.

If such an issue occurs, we will immediately send you a new StandPlate. However, we regret to inform you that we kindly request you to refrain from using the product in extremely high-temperature locations whenever possible.

If you use it inside a vehicle, please handle it carefully by pressing down on the plate part with your fingers when attaching or detaching the StandPlate to prevent peeling.

A. This product is only available in iPhone sizes.
It is not one-size-fits-all, but is available in sizes for each generation of iPhone.

A. Yes, it is visible.
This product is semi-transparent.

A. Yes. This product has a strap hole, so any strap that fits through the hole can be attached.

A. While it does not offer full protection, the lens hole's edge is designed to be raised to protect the protruding camera lens.

A. Dual connection is not possible when the TWS function is off. For details, please refer to "Dual Connection" in this instruction manual.

A. This product cannot play music stored on devices such as smartphones, tablets, or computers, even when connected via a USB cable.

A. The volume on your Bluetooth device may be set to a low level. Please check the settings on your Bluetooth device and contact us. (Example: For iPhone, go to "Settings" → "Sounds & Haptics" → "Headphone Safety" → "Reduce Loud Sounds" is ON.)

A. This product is drip-proof. It is not waterproof, so please do not use it in environments where it may be exposed to large amounts of water, such as underwater.

A. It does not support general wireless charging. MaGdget Charge is required to use wireless charging.

Although this charger is capable of MagSafe charging (15W charging), it is not an MFM (Made for MagSafe) certified product. Therefore, the MagSafe charging animation that would normally appear with an official product might infringe on design registration 1694011 when charging.
As a risk-management measure against such an eventuality, we have made it so the animation does not display.
Even though the animation is not displayed, we use a circuit board equivalent to that of a MagSafe charger, so the specifications are, of course, the same as a MagSafe charger.

However, it is unavoidable that the output wattage may vary depending on the usage conditions of the device being charged and the charging environment.
This is true even for MFi certified products. It does not always output 15W. We appreciate your understanding.

A. If you are using a thick case (approx. 2mm or more) or a non-MagSafe compatible case, the magnetic force will be weaker compared to direct attachment. You can strengthen the magnetic attraction with the separately sold MaGdget Support Plate.

A. The upper charging pad (MagSafe charging area) can always charge at a maximum output of 15W, but the lower charging pad (wireless charging area) will have reduced output when charging simultaneously (from a maximum of 15W to a maximum of 5W).

A. The charging speed of this product depends on the performance of the adapter.
For example, if you use this product with a 20W output adapter, the maximum charging speed will be 20W output.
Also, this product has a maximum output of 60W. Charging at a higher wattage is not possible.
If you use a conversion adapter that changes the connector standard, the charging speed may also decrease.

A. This product is virtually "kink-free."
Even if stored coiled, the cable will straighten out completely when extended for use.
