▍Q. The hinge is loose.
A. Due to the manufacturing process, there may be individual differences in hinge stiffness. This is not a product defect, and you can tighten it with the included hex wrench to use it like new.
*Please note that we do not accept exchanges for new products based on the degree of hinge stiffness. Thank you for your understanding.

▍Q. I lost the included hex wrench.
A. The included hex wrench is not sold separately.
Please purchase a 1.5mm hex wrench separately.

▍Q. The cover on the magnetic surface has peeled off, and the magnet is visible.
A. We sincerely apologize.
There may be an initial defect.

▍Q. Can I use it with a case on?
A. If it's a MagSafe-compatible case, there's no problem. With thick non-MagSafe cases (approx. 2mm or more) or unusually shaped cases, charging may not work properly. In such cases, please remove the case before charging.
