Untangling the cable problem

Compact

Charging Apple products used to require a wide variety of cables and chargers, but with this product's Type-C input port, you can charge almost all Apple products by simply carrying this product, a Type-C cable, and an AC adapter. Furthermore, when folded, it is a compact 9cm x 6cm with a thickness of approximately 2.3cm. Weighing about 200g, it is lighter than an iPhone 14 Pro and comparable in weight to an iPhone 15 Pro, making it easy to carry.

▍Q. The green circle icon that normally appears during MagSafe charging is not displayed.
A. Although this charger supports MagSafe charging (15W charging), it is not an MFM (Made for MagSafe) certified product. Therefore, displaying the MagSafe charging icon, which is typically shown with genuine products, could potentially infringe on Design Registration 1694011. As a risk-hedging measure in case of any issues, we have decided not to display it. While it is not displayed, the product uses a board equivalent to genuine MagSafe chargers, so its specifications are naturally on par with them.

▍Q. Since it's not MFi certified, will it not output 15W when charging an iPhone?
A. "Made for iPhone" (MFi) certified accessories are products certified by Apple for compatibility with Apple products, demonstrating that a developer has certified them to meet Apple's performance standards. MFi certification does not necessarily mean that a product possesses particularly superior performance. Therefore, although this product is not MFi certified, it is indeed a charger that outputs a maximum of 15W. However, it is unavoidable that the output wattage may fluctuate depending on the usage status of the charging device and the charging environment. This is also true for MFi certified products; they do not always output 15W. We appreciate your understanding.

▍Q. The magnetic force is weak.
A. If you are using a thick case (approximately 2mm or more) or a case that is not MagSafe-compatible, the magnetic force will be weaker compared to direct attachment. You can strengthen the magnetic attraction with the separately sold MaGdget Support Plate.

▍Q. Does it have a mobile battery function?
A. This product is a charger. It does not have a mobile battery function. It requires power supply via a USB Type-C cable and an AC adapter.

▍Q. Is there a recommended AC adapter for full-power use?
A. While a 20W or higher AC adapter with a Type-C output port allows for simultaneous charging of three devices, for full-power use, please use an AC adapter with 25W or higher and a Type-C output port. Charging may not work properly with AC adapters below 20W.

▍Q. The charging speed is slow.
A. The upper charging pad (MagSafe charging area) can always charge at a maximum output of 15W, but the lower charging pad (wireless charging area) has reduced output only during simultaneous charging (maximum 15W output → maximum 5W output). Apple Watch charging always has a maximum output of 3W.

▍Q. Is it waterproof?
A. This product is not waterproof.

▍Q. Can I use a conversion adapter?
A. We do not recommend using this product with adapters that convert Type-A or Lightning to Type-C. While it may be possible to use them, they will not be covered by the warranty.

▍Q. Is it a genuine Apple product?
A. This product has been planned and manufactured for use with iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods, but it is not a genuine Apple product.
