Compact

To charge Apple products, a wide variety of cables and chargers used to be essential. However, with this product, the input port is Type-C, so you can charge almost all Apple products by simply carrying this product, a Type-C cable, and an AC adapter. Furthermore, when folded, it is compact at approximately 8cm x 6cm with a thickness of about 2.8cm. It also weighs only about 125g, lighter than an iPhone, making it easy to carry around.

▍Q. My iPhone is not charging at 15W.
A. Although this charger can output a maximum of 15W, it is not a Made for MagSafe (MFM) certified product, so charging may be limited for iPhones.

▍Q. The magnetic force is weak.
A. If you are using a thick case (approx. 2mm or more) or a non-MagSafe compatible case, the magnetic force will be weaker compared to direct attachment. You can strengthen the magnetic attraction with the included MaGdget Support Plate.

▍Q. Is my smartphone compatible?
A. It can be used with smartphones that support wireless charging (Qi standard). Please check if your smartphone supports wireless charging.

▍Q. Does it function as a mobile battery?
A. This product is a charger. It does not have mobile battery functionality. It requires power supply using a USB Type-C cable and AC adapter.

▍Q. It is not charging. Charging is slow.
A. We recommend an AC adapter with a 20W USB Type-C output port. Charging may not work properly with AC adapters that are not the recommended type. For Apple Watch charging, there is a slight interval from when it is attached to the charger until charging begins. Please wait for about 10 seconds after attachment.

▍Q. Can I use it with a case on?
A. If you have a MagSafe-compatible case, it can be used without any problems. With non-MagSafe compatible cases that are thick (approx. 2mm or more) or have special shapes, charging may not work properly. In such cases, please remove the case and charge.
