▍Q. Is this an MFi-certified product?
A. This product does not require MFi certification and cannot obtain it. It can be used without issues with MagSafe-compatible cases. However, it may not charge properly with thick cases (approx. 2mm or more) or cases with special shapes that are not MagSafe-compatible. In such cases, please remove the case before charging.

A. This product is not subject to the Electrical Appliances and Materials Safety Act.

A. This product is not waterproof.

▍Q. The charging speed is slow.
A. The charging speed of this product depends on the performance of the adapter.
For example, if you use this product with a 20W output adapter, the maximum charging speed will be 20W.
Also, this product has a maximum output of 240W. It is not possible to charge with more power than that.
The charging speed will also decrease if you use an adapter that changes the connector standard.

▍Q. If the cable is coiled in a circle, will it get a "kink"?
A. This product is highly resistant to kinks.
Even if it has been coiled, the cable will straighten out when properly extended for use.
