▍Q. The magnetic force is weak.
A. If you are using a thick case (approx. 2mm or more) or a non-MagSafe compatible case, the magnetic force will be weaker compared to direct attachment. You can strengthen the magnetic attachment with the included MaGdget Support Plate.

▍Q. Is my smartphone compatible?
A. This product can be used with smartphones that support wireless charging (Qi standard). Please check if your smartphone supports wireless charging.

▍Q. Does it function as a mobile battery?
A. This product is a charger. It does not have mobile battery functions. Power supply using a USB Type-C cable and AC adapter is required.

▍Q. Can I use it with a case on?
A. If you have a MagSafe compatible case, it can be used without any issues. With non-MagSafe compatible cases that are thick (approx. 2mm or more) or have a special shape, charging may not work properly. In such cases, please remove the case before charging.
